Facebook Deleted All of My Friends! (Solution)

I woke up this morning to find that my Facebook profile had zero friends. Everything about my profile was normal (e.g. still had photos, birthday reminders, fan of pages etc) except that Facebook was acting like I had just joined and had no friends. Google search did not reveal any direct help, so here is a short video of the symptoms and where to troubleshoot.
